Questions and answers

Frequently asked questions

Is Kundalini Yoga suitable for beginners?

Yes. Start at a pace that respects your current condition. The introductory classes explain the basics and make room for different levels of experience.

Is yoga a religion?

Yoga is a practice, not a religion. People with different beliefs can approach it in their own way.

Do I need to change my lifestyle before starting?

No. Begin with regular practice and observe what changes over time.

When is the best time to practise?

Choose a time you can return to consistently. Mornings may suit more active practice, while evenings can be gentler.

Do I need special physical preparation?

No. Listen to your body and adapt the intensity to your abilities. If you have a medical condition, seek individual advice before starting.

Why do you chant mantras?

Mantras combine sound and rhythm to support attention and meditation within the tradition.
